He was the baby brother of my Great Grandad Lawrence Lawlor who fought by his side in the Four Courts Garrison Easter 1916. They fought alongside my the O’Carroll family whom my Great Grandfather had married into, his wife Mary O’Carroll Lawlor, an active member of Cumman na mBan. Frank was 25 years old when he was murdered.
